In this landscape with its smooth green hills, there are some remains of the history of origin, long-extinct volcanoes dominate over them with their black colored stone, on some even castles where built in Middle Ages. These volcano materials in the heavy loamy soil bless the wine and the climate does the rest to provide a unique spice and aroma. The Mediterranean climate provides rain and because of the Pannonian climate conditions are dry at harvest time.
